Eggs Royale with smoked salmon is my favorite version of the classic Eggs Benedict. Here’s how you can get started with yours!
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 halved English muffins
- Hollandaise Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 10-12 slices of smoked salmon
- chopped chives for garnishing
Steps
Poach four eggs in the Eggssentials Egg Poacher Pan. Then take each muffin, lightly toast and butter them, and add a few slices of smoked salmon on top. Now put poached eggs on top of each muffin, spread hollandaise sauce on them and garnish with chopped chives. A perfect brunch for friends!
