What the Warranty Covers

We stand behind the quality of our products, including our egg poachers and other kitchen tools, and ensure they are free from defects when used as intended. 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper handling. It also does not extend to wear and tear from regular use, products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Eggsentials service provider, or any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
