Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we approve your return, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exchanges
To get the item you want, the fastest option is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As with regular returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
