Yogurt is a breakfast staple and so very good for you. We recommend taking this staple and combining it with a classic. Yes, we do mean a yogurt pancake. And it is most certainly as delicious as it sounds. Try it!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 ½ cup of plain yogurt
- ½ stick of butter, melted •
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Steps
Take all the ingredients and mix together well. Leave a little butter aside to cook the pancakes. Heat the butter on a skillet. Scoop pancake batter and cook until it doesn’t get bubbly on top and it is golden on the bottom. Then flip and cook. Serve hot!
