Healthy Poached Egg Whites

The fitness trend has spread its wings and it is not a bad thing at all! Health is important and food plays a major part! Here is an easy breakfast recipe for all you fitness fans. Easy and good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup arugula
  • sea salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  •  Whole wheat toast

Steps:

Separate the egg yolks. Poach the egg whites in the Eggssentials Egg Poacher Pan. Take a toasted slice of whole wheat bread, add the eggs on top, season with salt and pepper and garnish with a little arugula. Healthy and good to go!
